Type is everywhere! This is the first in a series of post that will showcase local type. These are samples that were taken from the Town of Valparaiso, Indiana; a small town in the northeast section of the state. My hometown and a place that if filled with great examples of type. These are just a few selections that I was able to snap with my phone. This is also a great exercise to break a creative block or research for logo design. I plan on hitting every city in Northwest Indiana this summer, so check back often for your hometown.
